Ingredients
2 cups organic oatmeal – we love to use old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup organic golden flaxseed (OPTIONAL – added for fiber and nutrition)
1 1/2 cups organic whole wheat flour (freshly milled if possible)
1/4 cup natural sugar (sucanat-sugar cane natural or organic sugar)
1 tsp. aluminum free baking soda
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
3/4 tsp. sea salt
1 cup salt free butter, melted
1 can organic sweetened condensed milk or organic sweetened condensed coconut milk
1/3 cup organic natural peanut butter (crunchy or smooth and no sugar added)
1 cup dark chocolate chips, use 60% or more dark chocolate for the best flavor & nutrition
Instructions
- Combine quickly and do not over mix. Your only trouble will be if the butter is so hot that it melts the chocolate chips. If the butter is really hot – just mix everything else first and at the very last add in the melted, but cooled butter.
- Pour into a 10 * 15 inch cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes – Less baking seems to be better so they are not dry and crumbly.

Double batch!
