2 tablespoons lemon juice (one lemon)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 garlic clove (pressed)
Toss with chopped Kale, dried cranberries, avocado chopped pecans and crumbled feta delicious!!!
