Ingredients
½ Cup plain whole milk yoghurt
3/4 cup buttermilk (we use home-made)
3 tablespoons home-made mayo
1 ½ teaspoons real lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
⅛ teaspoon finely minced onion
¼ teaspoon freshly minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly chopped fresh chives
Salt to taste
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl with a fork and then whisk.
