Ingredients
- 1-2 lb medjool dates
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or other no sugar nut butter)
- 1/4 cup whole or cracked golden flaxseed (we often leave the flaxseed whole)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Mix together and use for stuffing dates.
